Thank goodness for the 24/7 helpline. On a bank holiday Monday we had to reschedule our flights home. Out of ten other people doing the same our new flights were sorted in the hour. Others could not even get to speak to their agents! Imagine the stress when this situation occurs.

Excellent, attentive, personal service

I wouldn't use anyone else to book our holiday/flights. From luxury holidays to daughter's gap year flights. Joe Orton sorted everything. He found us an upgrade to First Class and the BA service to Santiago was very impressive and was definitely worth doing as it's a 15 hour flight. But we flew back from Buenos Aires and the BA business class was very disappointing, as was the food. Very poor.

Doug and his colleagues are always brilliant. They are able to give you all the flight options in nano seconds and take care of everything, including sending reminders and links you need. They’re always happy to answer any questions and it’s great to know they’re there as a back up in case you have any unexpected problems.

Great service in keeping us informed before and throughout our trip ... and excellent deals on our flights. The hotel in Buenos Aires didn't really live up to expectation .. although it was quite adequate.

I was told there was a free shuttle service from the airport to the Hilton Garden Hotel. However, I had to spend £20 on a taxi (daylight robbery by the official taxi service) for a 2 mile journey. I was not told one had to book the shuttle.

The whole process ran smoothly. Graham phoned us prior to our departure reminding us to check in online
