Ray listened to my requirements for hotel and location, he was prompt with getting back to me, even checking some of my enquiries whilst I was on the phone. He was super fast and super thorough. Also knowledgeable about the area and recommended other hotels. We got a great rate too.

As always, Lloyd came through with a better sggestion as a location for my 'Daddy and daughter' trip taking into consideration that my dad is 90-years-old. The hotel was on point. The staff at the Ritz Carlton couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel was immaculate.
