Nicole Leung did an excellent job in arranging my trip to Cairo. When I needed to extend my trip and make last minute changes to my hotel and flight arrangements she made the changes quickly and efficiently. She is a superstar!

I had a connecting flight that was late and missed my 2nd flight as a result. Jeremy and Ben were very helpful is assessing the situation. Excellent customer service.

Unusually difficult to book this trip, resulting in lots of changes. Would not recommend some of the changes that happened, in general all worked well though.
