Flights , contact from Wayne throughout and info all good. Just a note, they would not allow hold baggage to be checked all the way through to London from Napier. I had to collect baggage in Auckland and re check in.
There’s zero security in Napier airport and no baggage screening process which is incredible - perhaps this is why!

My flights were all fine and I checked my luggage in at Heathrow and didn’t see it again until I reached Queenstown despite taking three flights to get there.

Not your fault but every outgoing flight was late and late arriving at final destination. Our daughter in NZ says Qantas have reputation for this. Return flights also late but Emirates seemed to manage it better and helped to connect. Many thanks for your help
Excellent service as always and very helpful when we had delayed luggage. Many thanks George! Useful additional information for the trip would have been:
1. At Sydney Airport there is a free shuttle bus between the domestic and international terminals. This is poorly signposted.
2. At Dubai Airport transferring from Terminal C to A requires a 20 min bus ride and is also poorly signposted.
3. At Sydney airport QANTAS required proof of a departure flight from NZ before we could check in to fly there. Our DAF itinerary sufficed for this.
Excellent service, holiday was brilliant. Flights and food by Emirates were excellent, but the leg from Melbourne was not as good by Qantas. Very ropey flight and the breakfast was inedible. Otherwise a brilliant service all round and all flights on time. I thoroughly recommend DialAFlight
