The car needed US maps installed before use, we did not have, got a different car. Other than that it was excellent.

Changing car rental companies to Enterprise was an inspired move. It is the first time I have ever been treated as a human being. All other car rental staff have been rude and ignorant. Oh and special thanks to Raphael for booking us with United, they were great seats.

The suggestion of premium economy for the return flight was inspired! Real food served on china with metal cutlery and cotton napkins, more leg room and bigger seats. Next year it will be both ways.

This was my third trip to the US in the last 10 months organised by Trevor Henderson. He made the whole process, every time, completely seamless. For many years I'd booked online (a long, tedious process) however Trevor makes it so, so easy - I'd never book any other way. One phone call and it's done. Brilliant service
