Amazing service from Declan, during the worry of Covid-19. He swiftly arranged changes for our daughters' return flights from USA to be brought forward. Managed to get them on a flight within 48 hrs! Such a relief for us with the awful situation and would not use anybody else but this company. Been using them for over 3 yrs, excellent service every time.

Only problem was that we were not seated together on our return flight to UK. We travelled out at separate times but on same itinerary and if not for kind fellow passenger, could have been a problem.

Rick was great at helping us sort out our trip to the US. He responded quickly to all my messages and emails but best of all he found us great prices on our airfare!
