You found the flights we wanted at a price no one else could get near to. You got us hold bags included in the price which was a wonderful luxury that I have been denying myself for years. I got just the right number of helpful reminder emails and calls.

As always you were fantastic organisng my trip Noah. Unfortunately Virgin Airlines was a terrible experience. We had to return to San Francisco 4 hours into our flight due to fire at Heathrow airport causing it to close. We were told we would have to find out own taxi and accommadation and were expected to look after ourselves.
