Assistance made sure that we made our flight from Amsterdam to San Francisco as there was a very quick turnaround. However, it was too quick for the luggage which didn’t arrive until the next day.
Avis Car Hire changd their base 4 days before our return flight so delay in finding them BUT we got sorted

Great service from Niall, even when we were on our holiday he provided assistance to find a hotel.
Edward made our special holiday to USA a breeze.
He booked our flights and hotel saving us many hours of looking for the best deals. He kept us updated with emails and any questions I had were answered promptly when I called. We travelled with my 85-yr-old sister and assistance was second to none with the exception of Heathrow which was chaotic to say the least!
It was comforting to know that whilst we were travelling DialAFlight was just a phone call away 24/7 should there be any issues. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future holidays .
We've been using DialAFlight for 17 years and they recently arranged a family trip visiting New York, San Fran, Palm Springs and Chicago. However our son decided to skip part of the trip and join us in Palm Springs.
When he couldn't check in before our return flight we rang the 24/7 helpline and got an immediate response from a very helpful lady at 2 am in the UK. She explained that if there is a NO SHOW, the whole booking is cancelled by the airline! We had no idea.
She called us back after 20 minutes and was fortunately able to reinstate the rest of the booking for a small fee and saved the day!
Moral of the story - DialAFlight service is great. If there are any changes to the itinerary it should go through DialAFlight so the booking remains intact!

Jason always gives us the best deal available flights and rental car. Once, our flight was delayed for about 48 hours, and one call to Jason sorted out all our problems from rebooking connecting flights to rebookng our rental car at no extra cost. I would never use any other company than DialAFlight
