Great to have a travel provider you can have phone access to in non office hours.

Everything DialAFlight booked for us was first class. Issue we had is with lost luggage in both directions. 4 days without luggage on holiday and still without luggage today after being home for two days now. Nothing DialAFlight can do about this,

Your service was VG but on the return Heathrow was a mess. Instructions were poor and Border Control ill equipped. T5 was not as bad as other terminals but for those transferring to other flights it was badly organised.

Brilliant from start to finish. Booking was easy, vouchers came in plenty of time, reminder emails came when needed. Great experience and will definitely use the service again.
