Alterations to schedule dealt with promptly and efficiently

We booked very last minute after another airline cancelled our flights and we received excellent, prompt service from Isaac Price. He was working late thankfully for us and sorted us out with flights within 15 mins - all paid and ready to leave the next day. Great job.

The trip was great, the flight was great and the lounge was great. The whole trip was amazing - thanks again.

Everything was good and went to plan.

The hotel was OK but there was nothing really around it - restaurants, shops etc. Not too bad for a 5/6 day stay. However we soon became experts in the Metro (excellent) as we had to use it every day!

I appreciated the personal service, with communication from Robbie up until my flight and a direct phone number in case I had any problems. Thankfully not needed but reassuring.

As always Gary arranged our trip. Everything was great - wouldn't book with anyone else. And have told our friends about the great service. Many thanks

Brilliant service again. Would always use. Fraser was really helpful. We have had to change flight dates on a couple of occasions and this was really easy and went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Great service when I needed emergency tickets to America

All very helpful. One suggestion could be to also pre book seats as you will know the ones to avoid.

The car hire leaves a lot to be desired. Cars with faults, dents and scratches. Not sure how we deal with this problem
