A bit more clarification re US time zones would be good.

Nothing to do with you, but we would not fly with American Airlines again. The staff, food and flight were fine but we had a terrible delay and they didn’t tell us anything. We had to sleep on the chairs in Chicago airport. But thank you for your excellent service.

It was a real scramble getting my connection from Houston to Jacksonville as with less than an hour and a half I only just made it. I’m 69 and although active and fit for my age it was a stressful journey. Next time I visit friends on St Simons Island I’ll check the connection time to avoid such a situation in future.

Out of hours service worked well when stuck in the middle of hurricane and needed to make travel changes

Watch out for airline seats that seem the same size as others but are actually smaller and awkwardly placed. The seat I ended up in was off centre.
