Everything went smoothly apart from unavoidable airport delays. Was surprised to be charged for my hand luggage on the Jetblue leg. I had formed the impression from Leah that it would be exempt from charges for all legs of my journey. Maybe I misheard her.

Excellent staff and that’s why I keep using DialAFlight. I just give them my dates and location and they take care of it all.

Everything worked out very well with no delays and our seating was in very good positions.

Great service, many thanks to Lawrence. He was very helpful and sorted everything out wonderfully.

Manchester Airport need more staff to push wheel chairs. They knew people were coming but had no chairs or staff. Had to wait one and a half hours to go to the gate. At Atlanta and West Palm Beach it was totally different everyone had a chair plus a pusher waiting on the air Bridge. All Manchester could do was moan about lack of staff .A bit depressing and not a great start. Your organisation was excellent, thank you and the flights and aircraft staff were the best. Virgin are excellent. Thanks again for your great organisation, Stan.
