I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.
I was recommended to DialAFlight by a colleague and have used them ever since. If you want what is verging on a private concierge travel service then no need to look further.
After trawling through no end of websites and visiting a High Street travel agent I came across DialAFlight only to realise that I could have saved myself so much time and effort.

Thank you Tony for making our flight and car hire arrangements for our American trip. Personal choice, I know, but had a very uncomfortable outward trip on BA, packed in like sardines. The return journey was better. I did the advanced check-in for car hire but it did not save any time in Atlanta.

All went smoothly, but would not use Dollar car rental again as not a great experience. We will need to specify that next time, and also that it is imperative that we have(Sat Nav in the car.

For my return flight, I just made it to the departure gate with minutes to spare. Needless to say, my luggage didn’t make it and was delivered to my home the following day. Newark only had shuttle buses from the terminal I arrived at to get to the terminal I was departing from. A little stressful to say the least.
