Pity Virgin didn't perform as well as you

You guys must deal with thousands of people but you always manage to make it feel like a personal service.

You were good but I was disappointed with Virgin. Our seats were extra legroom but extremely uncomfortable. Unless things change it is unlikely that I will use this route in the future which is a shame as it has been good in the past.
