Malcolm Cowan, our travel manager was amazing - he arranged all flights and accommodation and was also on hand when we had a problem with one of our flights that had been cancelled by the airline. There was nothing I could fault, and I would highly recommend him and DialAFlight, so much so I have already booked my next trip.

Not your fault but I’ll never travel via Heathrow again! From Maui to Manchester took 32 hours and starting with a night flight meant no sleep for 48 hours. Your bookings and communications were however brilliant and it’s a pleasure to deal with your company. Thanks Raj

Guy is absolutely fantastic always but particularly since we have had to cancel / reschedule so much during Covid. He has been super supportive, reassuring and helpful throughout. Can’t recommend him enough. Have also referred various friends to him. Avis at multiple locations were disappointing. Thankful that we haven’t hired via them for our next trip though!

Excellent holiday on our two island stay in Hawaii. Maui very calm and relaxing -maybe we should have hired a car to see more of the beautiful scenery. We didn't because hotel facilities made us lazy. Excellent clear sea in Maui ideal for snorkelling although currents can be dangerous. Waikiki beach, Honolulu is far more active and the usual hustle bustle of a tourist trap holiday is experienced. In Waikiki there is a tourist charge of $31 plus tax a night which seems to be a hidden way of charging for their facilities.

Great service. We had a fabulous time and everything went according to plan. A big thank you to all involved.
I have used DialAFlight at least 6 times and found them very helpful.
Flights (5 of them) were on-time and even early. Did not appreciate America's insistence that we retrieve our luggage and pass through immigratiion on arrival in Seattle and retrieve it a second time on arrival at our final destination. The return flight did not involve 2 luggage retrievals. Outward and return journeys were 25 and 27 hours door-to-door, creating two zombies for several days afterwards. In future we shall break our journey for a day or two en route to avoid all this sleepless stress.
Jade, our travel manager, was brilliant as usual! Always keeping us up to date with any flight changes and checking to make sure we were happy with everything.
