Flight transfers worked well on this trip.

Chris Coulter was first rate and he worked to get us the best price and gave advice on individual elements - because of him everything went well

Gavin’s arrangements were excellent as usual. The flight configuration and timings were great. The car hire was excellent and so helpful to not have to faff with insurance at the hire desk. Only thing - 2/3 poor experiences with American Airlines so would rather not fly with them again.

DialAFlight service was excellent. However the trip was a travel disaster as all 3 flights with United were delayed. And missed. One of them left two and half hours late and was then diverted to another airport. Two were just cancelled. So 4 days wasted hanging around airports.

Everything was great. Being able to contact DialAFlight while on the trip to make adjustments was perfect.

As usual a great personable service.

American flight out of Wichita was delayed and I managed to get swapped onto United which in fact meant I flew back from Chicago as well.
