Our original flight was cancelled after a 4 hour delay sitting on a hot plane. Calvin Ali was on the phone directly to me to make sure that alternative flights and hotel had been arranged for us. As usual, flawless service. And yes, I’ve made 2 further referrals to friends following our recent trip.

Due to the current pandemic my flight was cancelled. Your agent Abi made every effort to contact me. When she finally did she was not at work but still arranged for me to come back to the UK in a seamless manner

All the arrangements made by DialAFlight worked well. Flights were on time, the hotel I stayed in at Baltimore Airport was good and the car rental very good. A very good experience.

It's a waste of time trying to upload driver details to the Alamo website - after the 3rd attempt I decided the form couldn’t cope with UK details. The Alamo desk at BWI were very helpful.

Delta ground staff were excellent. The flight from BWI to JFK was delayed and I would have missed my connecting flight to London. Delta ground staff found me a flight from BWI to Detroit and then Detroit to London. I made both flights with minutes to spare
