We hadn't flown in a long while and we were quite apprehensive but we needn't have worried because you made everything so easy. There was plenty of time between flights to enable us to move through Border Control before boarding our second flight.

As advised by DialAFlight didn’t book a seat and awaited airline choice. Was upgraded to premium economy so one happy bunny. Didn’t happen on return!

Thank you for your help in navigating the COVID testing labrinth. That was more complex than the last time I flew. I would recommend the ExpressTest group that opperates from the airport, as trying to patch together the three different tests from different companies was difficult to manage. They are competitive and available in the terminal at Heathrow

Rupert is a godsend. Wouldn’t know where we would be without his care and professionalism in sorting out my daughter's flights to the USA for College the past couple of years during the pandemic. Prior to this he has recommended and planned our family holidays for many years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
