I recommend that connections between flights should be 3 hours not 2 as airports like LAX and LHR are complicated. And stressful.

Courtesy call before we left to check all OK. Easily accessible when we had questions. Staff really helpful when our luggage was delayed on the way out, especially Barney. Friendly and helpful service at all times.
