I've been using DialAFlight for over 10 years and very happy with the service once again. Cody is very patient and knowledgeable about airlines, hotels and destinations which makes the whole trip a breeze.
It would be helpful if the final itinerary included any additional charges we should expect on arrival, eg resort/destination fees so that is front of mind. Also, Hyatt Grand Central charged a fee for each bag we left with them on the day of departure.

The Virgin Premium drop at Heathrow was slick and easy, less so at JFK. We got global entry on the way in with no queue but others have had to wait up to 4 hours. The Virgin website is awful with no means of contacting the company to check the status of our TSA.
All great with flights. Mondrian was a bit disappointing (as it had looked so good on the website) - room very small - breakfast not great. Would have liked to have known about the extra 45 dollar per day service charge beforehand. They were VERY stingy with things in the hotel. We had to ask for toilet rolls/shower gel. Their 'unlimited' soft drinks was never restocked - so ended up being a few small bottles of water for the 6 days. However a great location.
Service throughout was excellent - helpful and easy to get hold of designated travel manager by telephone. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I had to travel to USA to see a terminally ill relative. They died while I was there so I had to change my return flight. Chris was amazing right from the start. Nothing was a problem. With one quick email from the USA, he was able to change my return flight, which allowed me to focus on other things. I've used DialAFlight on many occasions over more than 10 years and would recommend them to anyone.
Flights using Aer Lingus to US via Dublin not recommended. Delayed luggage (4 days) despite over 6 hours layover in Dublin.
Excellent holiday - well organised and could not be improved upon. Everything went as planned and we expect to repeat in 2025
Only one small thing with Jet Blue was that I needed to pay extra (2 times £21.59) to secure three seats together when checking in on the return flight. But this was obviously because of Jet Blue not DialAFlight.
Overall very happy with Jet Blue. Plenty of legroom. Easy check-in and boarding on the outbound. Needed to allow plenty of time for check-in on the return as queued for one hour at their "home" terminal.
The whole trip went smoothly .. all the flights arrived on time and the hotels were great. The holiday was everything we wanted it to be .. except the jet lag now I'm home !

This is my second time using DialAFlight. I have always found them easy to book with and always get personal and trustworthy responses no matter what the question. Always easy to approach and ask questions and I love the check up before you fly to make sure all is well. Great service as always but don’t think I’d use Thrifty car rental again. I’m sure I’ve been ripped off with extra costs and they’re trying to charge me twice. I need to look into it a bit more
Molly and her team have been fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and experienced individuals. I have gone back to Molly several times over the summer and she has come up with value for money packages for my exact request

Never again fly with Icelandair
Excellent service from DialAFlight as usual. When I had difficulty checking in with BA Callum very quickly sorted the problem and e mailed my boarding pass. I will most certainly use for any future travel and will recommend to all my friends. Very many thanks for taking the stress out of travel.
