I phoned to tell you that you did not warn me about the hotel's Amenity Fee. They tried to tell me that I should go back to you. I made a scene in reception and eventually they waived this rip off mandatory charge which would have set us back $206 for services we did not want.
We weren't given the room we had booked, but DialAFlight sorted it out for us. Felt secure knowing they were a phone call or email away

The hotel room could have been better. Lots of mechanical noise from outside the window and hardly any room to store clothes.

Worth updating customers that internal flights from JFK at some terminals require arriving full 3 hours before, because of volume of international passengers rammed in the security queue. Only just made it to the gate!
