I managed to do all the admin myself, such as checking in, downloading boarding passes, adding passport details. So in fairness I could have booked directly myself
United changed flight info without notifying me.
I had to travel to USA to see a terminally ill relative. They died while I was there so I had to change my return flight. Chris was amazing right from the start. Nothing was a problem. With one quick email from the USA, he was able to change my return flight, which allowed me to focus on other things. I've used DialAFlight on many occasions over more than 10 years and would recommend them to anyone.

Never again fly with Icelandair
Excellent service from DialAFlight as usual. When I had difficulty checking in with BA Callum very quickly sorted the problem and e mailed my boarding pass. I will most certainly use for any future travel and will recommend to all my friends. Very many thanks for taking the stress out of travel.

Being older I would love to be checked in and given boarding passes and tickets. I know that is in the past but it was a nicer and more friendly way!
