On our recent trip to spend Xmas with family in America we received a call from home informing us of a family emergency. We needed to get back home as soon as possible. Reluctant to contact the airline and possibly have to explain our problem several times we called Callum. No problem, a few minutes later we are booked on the next available flight and also checked in. These guys really are the best. Many thanks for your help at a traumatic time.
