Brilliant as usual - will ring you again for next year.

Despite a few hiccups with BA, Katie provided regular updates and was always on hand to deal with my enquiries.

Only one problem, on our return journey we had to pay £100 to be able to sit together. Is there anything that can be done about that?

As I get older, I find the hassle and unreliability of looking and booking flights online a dreadful nuisance. I also very much like having a human being to call if there is a query or a problem. I really like DialAFlight.
