Declan is a genius - most helpful and totally at ease with his job and supporting some of us idiotic customers! The only problem we had was checking in online with British Airways who were pretty difficult!

BA lets us down with the seats being over booked then giving us tickets that didn't work at the gate line.

Robert has been very helpful throughout and I would use your company again
