Helpful, efficient and informative

Abbie is always great at finding good deals with the routes we prefer. I now book all my flights through her as I also get the extra protection and support if things go wrong for any reason

The Aer Lingus Lounge in Chicago was unacceptable. There were no windows, no toilets /washrooms and the place stank of aircraft fuel coming through the a/c. It was the only blot on the trip.

Don`t change anything.

Responsive to call when we had problems with BA whose customer service was poor

Need to inform people that if they have an internal flight in the USA that their bags are not included and need to be paid for at the airport. Avis car hire - first car was poor but service was good. Second car was excellent but service was very slow. Took us an hour and a half to get the car because of the long queue

I totally rely on Abbie for all my flights to USA at the moment. She is very efficient, sorts out any problems and issues quickly and is very friendly. I have already recommended her to several friends.

I put all my trust in DialAflight. Have travelled for nearly 7 years to America with them. Never had a problem. I did recommend a friend who found they are cheaper and just as excellent. Love the way I get a courtesy call before I leave just to check I'm all ready to go.
