First flight connection too tight. Departed late, no chance of getting connecting flight.

Top notch sorting out an issue re passport across time difference. First hotel was not quite to our taste but the rest worked very well - including flight suggestions

From start to finish an all around great experience, making the trip far easier. Any amendments taken care of with no stress and always being ready and prepared to help. 100% will be using them again and hopefully soon!

Avoid Delta Airlines who tend to cancel flights at a moment's notice

Because there was only an hour between our connecting flights on our return we missed our flight to London because of a delay to the outgoing flight from Hilton Head. We had to rebook on a much later flight that night.
