I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

Need more time for Atlanta to Chattanooga connection which we missed due to one and a half hours delays at Atlanta passport control. We were put on the next flight approx one hour and fifteen minuets later. On the return journey no problems at all.

Once again Virgin and Delta lost the luggage! Reunited with it now. They are excellent at tracking and delivering lost luggage it's such a shame they are not as diligent when it comes to running their flights.
