I always book through DialAFlight. Recently my flight was cancelled and one quick call and my plans were all back on track. I hate to think of the misery I would have gone through waiting in phone queues and menus without DialAFlight

As usual Ben and his colleagues arranged an excellent package. Outside of their control there was a long wait for the hire car through Thrifty/Dollar as their car wash had broken down - hence there was a lack of choice even when the car was available.
