The service from DialAFlight was excellent. Our only problems were caused by the BA check-in which was useless and their customer helpline was of no help at all. It was a BA lady at Heathrow and a Westjet lady at Calgary that sorted everything out.
You did well. The airlines were OK but didn't like seat config on Virgin and one Delta flight was only just a little better than Ryanair.
Mia was excellent at finding and delivering what we wanted at a brilliant price. Have already recommended her to friends who are extremely happy with the service
We got upgraded to business on the way home!

Some of the flights didn’t have our Executive Club numbers for some reason even though we submitted them. Otherwise all fine.
Nothing to do with your service but our return flight was cancelled by BA on day of return. We managed to rearrange flight via Fort Worth, Texas to arrive back in time for booked bus and train journeys in England! Great time in Seattle and NW Washington.
