Howard Crafter could not have been more helpful in helping us organise our trip from London to New Zealand, onto Australia, then Singapore and back home to London. Everything went to plan including sorting seating on each flight.

The lounge pass we bought for the first time was a good buy. We found it very useful. Perhaps would have liked a warning that our stay in Hong Kong covered the three days of Chinese New Year. Everywhere (except shops and markets) was heaving with people.
