I want to thank Alfie for helping me to make the most of a stopover in New York on my way back from visiting family in Charlotte. Spent 3 nights in the city and it was amazing. Had the best time and my whole trip was 10/10. Knowing that I can contact his team at any time of the night or day gives me a lot of comfort. First time I used the DialAFlight app. Massively helpful.
I appreciate the immediate response to a phone call. You are not listening to an AI generated humanoid asking you to wait, repeat something or press various buttons, you get connected to a real person immediately. This has to be a rare phenomenon in today's world.

I had not realised that BA didn't allocate a seat when booking in. Having looked at their website this is something they do randomly. Not DialAFlight's fault but maybe warn other passengers. Don't think l will fly with them again

I phoned to tell you that you did not warn me about the hotel's Amenity Fee. They tried to tell me that I should go back to you. I made a scene in reception and eventually they waived this rip off mandatory charge which would have set us back $206 for services we did not want.
We weren't given the room we had booked, but DialAFlight sorted it out for us. Felt secure knowing they were a phone call or email away
