Really excellent service throughout. Easy to work with, very efficient and first rate customer service from Megan Quesada. We missed a connecting flight due to a delay caused by a technical issue on the plane. As we had a through booking we were accommodated (in a beautiful 5* all inclusive resort I might add) for the 24 hrs that we were impacted. One additional reason to use an organisation like DialAFlight.

We have passed on your details to several travellers we met on the trip. Inter Caribbean flight was late so we missed the BA flight back. But we were put up in a very nice beachfront hotel with taxis and food at Falmouth Harbour by BA (extra day's holiday for free)
