The lounge pass we bought for the first time was a good buy. We found it very useful. Perhaps would have liked a warning that our stay in Hong Kong covered the three days of Chinese New Year. Everywhere (except shops and markets) was heaving with people.

It was only flights and car hire, but both were as recommended. We had a slight problem with our suitcases not turning up at our destination for a couple of days but that is an issue we are taking up with Singapore Airlines.
