The staff at DialAFlight were fantastic. I went to Canada for a family wedding and took my 20-month-old granddaughter. On our return we ended up travelling a total of 32 hrs due to cancelled flights and ended up being stranded at Heathrow airport for 9 hrs. None of this was anything to do with DialAFlight as both Hannah and Darren were fantastic helping me get to Canada and back

Hertz desk at Calgary was hopeless as insufficient cars and we had a long wait for cars. Hertz Granville street in Vancouver is in a really rough district so would not recommend drop off in this location

We had a compartment at the front to ourselves which was excellent. The Fairmont in Victoria was superb. In retrospect we would have been better staying in Banff and visiting Lake Louise as there was little to do in Lake Louise.
