Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Going to always use DialAFlight. Excellent service and follow up.
Emma was, as always, helpful and efficient. We love being able to phone and deal with a human being.
Rob was very efficient as always and the communication was spot on!
Top marks, as usual.
We were surprised at a 49 euros charge per person when checking in at hotel.
All requests were carried out efficiently
As always, Michelle and her team performed perfectly. There were problems but they were entirely due to Swiss Air/ ZRH rather than at this end. So it has made me rethink my choice of Swiss Air/ZRH but I will continue to depend on DialAFlight for all my travel arrangements, that’s for sure.
Great personal service as always - thanks Tony for once again helping us have a memorable holiday
Ashley always goes the extra mile to make our journeys trouble free.
Always there to answer any questions. Nothing is too much trouble for this company - everyone is very pleasant. Excellent service. Have recommended to my friends and family
All went well with our happy trip, thank you. The only problem, outside your control, was that Bristol airport is a bit of a nightmare place to get to in comparison to Birmingham, but that is entirely due to the roads network (and traffic) to get there.
Spent more time queuing to board than other airlines. Even Speedy Boarding isn't quick
As always you delivered and that's why I return to you year after year
Kitty was very helpful and professional
It would’ve been good to have been advised that one can’t check in online for Dubrovnik airport.
Troy was amazing as usual and recommended a great hotel - everything worked out perfectly, thank you .
Resort is a little noisy
Everything went smoothly apart from BA flight was delayed 3 hours going out and 1 hour coming back. But apart from that it was organised excellently. Extremely pleased and satisfied
Ticketing for BA flights and Zit Auto car hire provided - all smooth. The seeming probability of overnight roadworks means we'll never choose another late return flight to Gatwick. Last year, it was an M25 closure, this year, it was an M23 closure!
Communication from Fraser was excellent. Paradores were excellent, but would have been VERY useful to know we were visiting during a festival in Avila and should have reserved one of the limited parking spaces. Finally, order of stays wasn't ideal leaving 230km to drive on final day. These quibbles notwithstanding it was an excellent holiday and decent value for money, thank you.
Thanks for getting our boarding passes to us before we even left home... It made the whole experience worry-free!
Everything worked out perfectly and the hotel Roger Smith found for us and recommended was superb - so we are very grateful for a well planned 6 day break in the early Autumn sun in Santorini. As ever Roger did us proud and the schedule was not only good value but exactly right for us.
Another fantastic trip organised by Andrew. Everything went according to plan - it’s the fine details that make the difference to the holiday.
I have been using you for years. Such brilliant service for when things go right and, more importantly, when things go wrong! You are always at the end of a phone even at ungodly hours. (Try calling an airline). This trip was perfect and I appreciate your attention to detail always. Thank you. And, by the way, I always recommend you.
Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend
The accommodation was excellent and easy access to wherever we wanted to go. The transport system was very good.. The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to any one of my colleagues or friends. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday.
Marie was really helpful - went above and beyond - excellent service, thank you.
As she always does, Chloe found us a lovely hotel and perfectly timed flights.
Great service again (thanks Edward!)
Sadly flight delayed to Nice by over 2 hours.
