Excellent service. The ability to speak to a UK agent to clarify any queries or confirm details is a standout level of service that differentiates you from other players in the market. This type of service has almost disappeared. I would usually ignore feedback requests but your service is excellent and I think you need to know how much your customers value it. We had an amazing, all inclusive deal which Ivor Savage tailormade for us and it all worked out fine. Although our destination was 'Winter Season' the weather was mixed but sunny most days with showers, but always a pleasant 23-24* - warmer than our summer in most of June. GRAND IN GRANADA
Parador San Francisco is in a splendid setting within the Alhambra, the Moorish hilltop palace constructed in the Andalusian city of Granada between 1238 and 1358. Originally part of a 14th century palace, it was later converted into a Franciscan convent.
Don't miss: Exploring the parador's tower and serene courtyard - plus enjoying an evening drink in the gardens.

Parador de Santiago de Compostela

WORLD'S OLDEST HOTEL?
