Excellent service. The only blip I came across was not being able to check in online for 3 of the flights. It didn't matter - just the websites were not forthcoming with allowing it. DialAFlight were immediately helpful and re-directed me. Just as a note - I was told we had to collect our baggage at Singapore for a 10 hour stopover. It turned out that our baggage was able to go right through to Heathrow which was a blessing.

Disappointed in transport to the hotel, it was a Mercedes minivan with signwriting on the doors and the half board option was hard work and confusing with extra charges at some restaurants

BA could have been more helpful in LHR regarding sssistance. Arrived to get buggy to gate C64. Offhandedly told me no buggy and gate closing… hardly helpful, managed to get flight but totally frazzled.

Thank you for the advice to take one’s meal on board. The snacks are neither healthy nor sustaining. They might be better to cut out food altogether and serve an extra round of hot drinks on flights longer than 2.5 hours.
