Charlie was amazing, listened to what we asked for, and delivered. We even changed our layover times and he sorted exactly what we wanted. Had contact details all the way through! Charlie completely absorbed all the stress and worry out of our travels. Looking forward to arranging trips this year through him. 5 star service

I had concerns with regards to Air New Zealand code sharing with Etihad which neither Brandy nor myself could get answered but this was airline fault. It did increase my anxiety levels when travelling as the airline was not answering calls. The stopover timings were just right.
