Do not book guests into the Tamarind Village - the rooms are tiny, air con inefficient and the staff unfriendly. It is impossible to sit on the poolside beds or furniture as they are always 'reserved' with towels, but nobody using them and the staff doing nothing about it - I imagine this is what Benidorm must be like, though I have never been.
I have been booking with you (Harvey Edwards) for several years now and have signposted many family and friends who have booked with you.
Conrad is a star. We had an absolutely amazing 4 week holiday in 3 countries, 8 hotels and 10 flights that he put together for me and my wife. We would highly recommend both him and DialAFlight. Very professional company. Looking forward to booking again for 2025.

Really good, friendly and informative
Excellent trip both ways. We were worried about having to wait until a day later for our connecting flights but The Novotel Hotel at Bangkok Airport was a super experience. The free shuttle on both occasions took us directly to the booking hall for the airline we had to book with, so no problems at all.
Great to know someone is going to answer the phone after a couple of rings and be able to deal with your concerns
Rob was great at sorting out our trip and even called my elderly parents to check everything was OK. Great service all round.
