I don't know if the airline suggested the itinerary, but on both outbound and inbound my first flight was late arriving and I missed the second flight. On the way out the second flight did not involve a long wait but on the inbound journey I had an 11 hour wait at Changi airport, granted that Changi must be the best place for a long transit. If I could have had an earlier KL-Singapore flight there I would not have missed the London flight.

Ed was absolutely outstanding - we asked for a stopover for a couple of days and left the destination in his hands. The hotel he picked was a proper paradise and the price of the package was unbelievable. We cannot recommend DialAFlight enough, and will definitely be using them again for all our trips.
It was a nuisance that Malaysia Airlines did not recognise my Qatar Airways booking number. Prevented me from prebooking seat or meals on the legs of my journey operated by Malaysia.

Never heard of Langkawi before your suggestion - we would recommend it to anyone.
The hotels were excellent, the flight arrangements were perfect. Everything went as per the itinerary. Patrick, our travel manager provided some great advice on hotel selection in Langkawi. He was very patient and helpful in arranging all the elements of our multi-flight, two country holiday. We will certainly use DialAFlight again.
Yet another wonderful holiday - thanks to Libby and the team for support throughout the build up. Will be back soon and I’ll continue to spread the word on DialAFlight.
