I found myself in a traffic jam on the way to Sydney Airport. It was midday, but 2.00 am in the UK. I was certain to miss my flight back to London. I called the 24 hr DialAFlight helpline. Within 10 minutes, Mike had reviewed all the possible flights and prices available in the ensuing 36 hours and booked me on an alternative flight which he kept on hold for 12 hours in case I was unable to make my original flight. Imagine trying to do all that yourself in a traffic jam! The service was absolutely superb.
