I have used DialAFlght before and I find them really efficient and above expectations. Lucy Macnab was a real star and I had every confidence that if something had gone wrong she would have sorted it out.

Generally everything was OK but better information about the car hire pick up would have been good. We went to the car hire desks at the airport only to find that Centauro was offsite and used a shuttle bus.
Wouldn't use Paradors again. Staff seemed more concerned with their own convenience than the customers

Advise that pools were closing on the 23rd Seprember. Alter the route so the last stop was nearer to Madrid. We realise that this may not be possible due to scheduling by the Paradors. All in all we had a superb holiday and will definitely consider doing Pousadas next year.

Communication from Fraser was excellent.
Paradores were excellent, but would have been VERY useful to know we were visiting during a festival in Avila and should have reserved one of the limited parking spaces.
Finally, order of stays wasn't ideal leaving 230km to drive on final day. These quibbles notwithstanding it was an excellent holiday and decent value for money, thank you.
Enterprise was not the car rental company we would have chosen.
City Break to Madrid. Petit Palace is good central hotel / base for getting about. Not the most luxurious on first sight, but clean, comfortable, good breakfasts and friendly, attentive staff.

The personal care with even the most simple bookings is excellent
Hotel was miles out of the city, which was a faff. Virtually an hour to an hour and a half, subject to transport.
As always, fantastic service. No hesitation in recommending you. Love the out of hours service too. A problem with online checking was sorted so easily.
BA wheelchair assistance is chaotic and uncoordinated. LHR probably worst airport in Europe. Wheelchair assistance in Madrid was a dream despite its enormous size.
