Assistance made sure that we made our flight from Amsterdam to San Francisco as there was a very quick turnaround. However, it was too quick for the luggage which didn’t arrive until the next day.

Edward made our special holiday to USA a breeze. He booked our flights and hotel saving us many hours of looking for the best deals. He kept us updated with emails and any questions I had were answered promptly when I called. We travelled with my 85-yr-old sister and assistance was second to none with the exception of Heathrow which was chaotic to say the least! It was comforting to know that whilst we were travelling DialAFlight was just a phone call away 24/7 should there be any issues. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future holidays .
