Thrifty not a car hire company I would recommend. A lot of marks on car bodywork, interior not very clean. There was a considerable distance from the check-in desk to the car pickup which was poorly staffed.

I missed my flight in Charlotte as not enough time to get there as first plane an hour late. Had to run like Forest Gump to catch 2nd at Charlotte but I made it by the skin of my teeth.

Cameron and Gino have become our Guardian Angels during our 2024 trips to the Maldives and Florida. Thanks to utterly unreliable schedules and long delays in flights to and from the Isle of Man.
