Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Speed of communication was excellent - no automated phone answering systems. Will definitely use DialAFlight again
Would not go to another travel agent. Ryan does everything and more. Nothing too much trouble. Dependable, fast working and smart. Thank you Ryan.
Great customer service and always very helpful. Would definitely use you again in the future.
Always useful to have someone to speak to in case of problems like Heathrow's shutdown. The strength of back up is very reassuring.
Roger is just brilliant!
I found DialAFlight helpful and efficient and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Well informed at every stage. Top grade hotels. Efficient transfers. Cannot fault arrangements
Ben was very helpful
Everything as promised. Wheelchair available so able to spend time in the BA Lounge. All went smoothly
Niall is always very helpful in booking our flights and accommodation. Everything is organised for you which is great
Excellent, friendly service as always
The holiday went very well. The Vineyard Hotel in Cape town is fabulous - strongly recommend it to others
Great service and help
BA Business Class is falling behind, in terms of service and comfort, when compared with other providers.
First class out of hours response to BA -created problem
I always deal with Saf who is helpful, reassuring and a credit to your company
Kenya Air was top notch on LHR to Nairobi. The second leg to Cape Town and back was not good enough to be called business class
Excellent service as usual and the last minute changes we had to make to our itinerary were handled very quickly and efficiently.
Everything was extremely well organised and went according to plan. Many thanks to Sam
Will book with you again.
Never ever put me on a BA flight again! They are terrible.
Luke nailed it!
All went according to plan. Turkish Airlines excellent service and punctuality
Damian, all fine but we didn't care much for Virgin Upper Class on the 787. There is nowhere to put anything around one's seat. Not a great design.
Perhaps advising us to book our seats earlier would have given us our preferred position.
Ian Newton is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for making all our trips memorable and helping us out when we had fly back on a earlier flight to UK.
Outstanding service, Adam is a great asset
Happy to recommend!
Nicole Luong and her team are excellent and provide a friendly professional service. They always ensure that the travel itinerary is practical and cost effective.
Simply great, very responsive and helpful.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
