You were excellent but Gulf Air left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them and will not fly with them again.

I can’t thank DialAFlight enough - patience, professionalism and quality for money. Gerry Bushnell helped by putting an excellent package together and took the stress out of sorting everything ourselves. Everything went so smoothly until a third party took us to wrong airport. We rang the emergency line who assisted us in getting it sorted.

Transfers were not discussed and we thought they were included when we booked but this wasn’t the case. We had no one at the airport to take us to our hotel and had to get a taxi.

The Lacto OVO vegetarian meal on Thai is not vegan. We eventually found a vegan option for the return flight to UK by ordering something like the European Vegan option.

Jeff provided an excellent service. All transfers went smoothly and we were pleased with the price. We were let down by one hotel which was under construction on arrival and did not offer the services advertised. This was disclosed less than 24 hrs prior to arrival.

While not everything went to plan, you managed to resolve these issues quickly and without fuss

Apart from flight getting cancelled and times changing, which is out of your hands, everything went to plan and I will be booking my group flights with you again

I would never recommend Etihad as a carrier, the experience was underwhelming at best. I still await a response to my formal complaint to them for the dreadful service

Etihad’s business class menu is the best and most varied I have experienced on any airline, either in first or business class. Not only was the lunch and drinks menu exceptional, the fact that one could choose snacks from another range of foods at any time during the flight.
