Super service as always - keep up this amazing work
Keep up the good work
Samuel Jalloh looked after us very well. He provided a personal and tailored service.
Sadie was VERY helpful when the return flight was delayed
Fraser was brilliant! We will always go to him to book our holidays. His patient and kindly manner, his attention to detail and his understanding of what we wanted and our expectations were met!
Excellent trip, highly recommend
The App was very useful. Riley was a very reliable contact. All staff answered the phone promptly and were very helpful. This was a superb holiday (Paradors Andalucia). The standard of hotels was excellent. The car hire company was also exceptionally good and very efficient. We will look to use DialAFlight again
Last hotel on itinerary would have been better to be Malaga as longish journey from Cordoba then return car and catch flight. Great Paradors. Superior rooms were a must for views. App very useful for info. Good contact and assistance from Ralph before the holiday.
The holiday was a success and very enjoyable.
I always get very good service from Trevor and Roger
Excellent service by Ellie - communication excellent, kept me informed. Would use DialAFlight again.
Advance info about rental cars and Gibraltar would have enabled better pre-planning. Some of the hotels were severely lacking in basic services I.e. parking, a bar, room service. And as they were all 4star, some were 3 star at best.
Another great job by Ross
Very impressed with your service. Especially the way the return date was changed at no cost to me following a misunderstanding
We were disappointed with Hoppa, firstly when we arrived at Malaga Airport we waited for some 40 minutes for the driver. Likewise confusion with them over the alteration of our times back to the airport from Ronda.
Great service as always.
Thank you. Five stars
Thank you for your friendly and helpful service. Spot on as usual.
Rob was very efficient as always and the communication was spot on!
Spent more time queuing to board than other airlines. Even Speedy Boarding isn't quick
Everything went smoothly apart from BA flight was delayed 3 hours going out and 1 hour coming back. But apart from that it was organised excellently. Extremely pleased and satisfied
Ashley Homewood is always oustanding. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and trust me, I have tested that. Thank you for your help and consistently excellent service. I feel very lucky to have found you!
Great service, great price and we had a wonderful time
Very happy with the service we received from our travel adviser Philippa
Great trip, as usual
We were bumped off of our reserved seats on the way out.
Very helpful when our BA flight was cancelled.
Couldn't have gone better. But Spanish airports are never so efficient, I think they really like to see long queues! We think your service is excellent and we like that you keep in touch so much.
Yet again huge thanks to Declan
