If you have any other customers going to Singapore suggest you advise them to fill in immigration form online before travelling. It is very lengthy and a pain to do at the airport.

The transfer company did not contact our hotel concierge to confirm our pick up for our return journey … our hotel reception staff were amazing and sorted for us. Apart from that everything was absolutely brilliant .
