Perfect service. Extremely helpful. We were delayed by 24 hours due to a delayed flight. The layover time wasn’t great but these things happen. Karina on the 24/7 team sorted everything for us late into the night.

Special mention has to go to James who worked hard to come up with a solution to a 'non-standard' trip. It could have been even worse had the Durban leg gone ahead. But nothing fazed him, he got flights, a superb hotel and the timings 100% spot on - great service and one that will be used more and more going forward!

Excellent service. When I had an emergency I was unable to call you because of a gsm network issue with my phone however if you had a ‘what’s app number’ I could have communicated with you via that, just a thought but may be useful as an emergency contact for travellers in the future.
